COMPANY HISTORY

Chefs John and Phil started their careers in 2002 as dishwashers in a small family run sushi restaurant. Since then, and over 22 years, they have owned and operated restaurants all over Southern California including Montrose, Glendale, Pasadena, Eagle Rock, Woodland Hills, Santa Clarita, Downtown LA, Huntington Park and beyond. Their business focus has evolved from full service sit-down restaurants to a luxury full service sushi catering and event planning company with an impressive clientele of some of the most-coveted venues in Los Angeles including Taglyan, The Langham, and The Waldorf Astoria.
